Intellectual Property Policy

The Riff OS platform — including but not limited to its software code, architecture, user interface designs, database schemas, workflow logic, AI co-pilot systems, console layouts, onboarding processes, and all associated documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of Chiller Tech Support LLC, a Utah limited liability company.

Riff OS is part of a suite of purpose-built business management platforms created and owned by Chiller Tech Support LLC. The platform architecture, multi-tenant console model, and AI-native workflow design are proprietary innovations of Chiller Tech Support LLC.

The following names, marks, and identifiers are trademarks or common law trademarks of Chiller Tech Support LLC:

• Riff OS
• RiffOS
• riffos.io
• The Riff OS logo and sunburst graphic identity
• Chiller Tech Support
• chillertechsupport.com

Unauthorized use of these marks — including in domain names, business names, product names, or marketing materials — is prohibited and constitutes trademark infringement.

During the term of an active Riff OS subscription, Chiller Tech Support LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service solely for your own internal business operations.

This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on the platform or its designs
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service or any portion of it
• Use the platform's designs, layouts, or workflows as the basis for a competing product
• Screen-scrape or programmatically extract platform data for commercial use

This license terminates immediately upon cancellation, termination, or expiration of your subscription.

You retain full ownership of all business data and content you upload or create within the Service (“Your Content”) — including inventory records, customer information, repair orders, lesson materials, and any other operational data.

By using the Service, you grant Chiller Tech Support LLC a limited license to process, store, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. This license is non-exclusive, revocable upon cancellation, and limited strictly to Service delivery. We claim no ownership over Your Content.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback about the Service, you agree that Chiller Tech Support LLC may use such feedback without restriction, compensation, or attribution. Feedback does not create any ownership or licensing rights for you in any resulting product improvements.

The multi-tenant console architecture, AI co-pilot grounding methodology, workflow engine design, pricing model, and onboarding system of Riff OS constitute proprietary trade secrets of Chiller Tech Support LLC under the Utah Uniform Trade Secrets Act (Utah Code § 13-24-1 et seq.) and the federal Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. § 1836 et seq.).

Any unauthorized acquisition, disclosure, or use of these trade secrets will be aggressively pursued through all available legal remedies.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from our subscribers. If you believe any content on the platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@riffos.io with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and its location
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
• Your signature (physical or electronic)

Chiller Tech Support LLC actively monitors for unauthorized use of its intellectual property and will pursue infringement claims through civil litigation, injunctive relief, and criminal referral where applicable. Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund.
